PAC eyes Rs2.5tr restoration


ISLAMABAD:

The primary assembly of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) pledged to recuperate Rs2.5 trillion, surpassing the Rs1.6 trillion recovered throughout the committee’s earlier tenure.

The assembly of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) was held on Wednesday below the chair of Junaid Akbar on the Parliament Home. Through the assembly, the Nationwide Meeting Secretariat briefed the committee on the present standing of audit paras and recoveries.

In line with the briefing, a restoration of 1.6 trillion rupees was made throughout the earlier time period of the PAC.
