Believing in joint efforts CCM spokesman Makhdoom Ishaq Dar who is also the foreign minister of Pakistan in a statement offered complete cooperation of Pakistan to Oman in combating terrorism after the tragic incident in which Imam Bargain Ali bin Abu Talib in Wadi Kabir Muscat for four Pakistani died.
The fo said Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar had a telephonic conversation with Oman’s Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi. In their conversation, they spoke against the incident, as well as stressed the need for a consolidated international response to combat terrorism.
Dar assured Pakistan’s support to Oman and thanked them for their assistance in handing over the remains of the deceased and nursing of the injured Pakistani in Omani hospitals.
Their conversation also included other aspects of the relations between the two countries with emphasis on political, economic, and defense ties, and cultural relations. The two leaders were eager and anticipating the upcoming visit of investors from Oman to Pakistan for the purpose of business.
They also discussed issues of concern to the region and the world and the parties agreed to have high-level cooperation through the exchange of diplomats at convenient times.
