Mohammad Yousuf will be a part of Pakistan’s squad for the white-ball tour of New Zealand after initially opting out resulting from his daughter’s sickness, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed on Tuesday.
Earlier within the day, the PCB introduced that Yousuf, the crew’s batting guide, had withdrawn from the tour to stick with his ailing daughter. Nonetheless, simply hours later, the board confirmed his participation after her situation improved.
“Docs instructed me that my daughter’s well being is healthier now, so I am going with the crew,” Yousuf mentioned. “Going with the crew is a nationwide obligation that I’ve determined to fulfil.”
Pakistan’s squad departs for New Zealand on Wednesday for a sequence of 5 T20 Internationals (T20Is) and three One Day Internationals (ODIs) from March 16 to April 5.
