Rescuers are trying to pull out 3 workers from the debris after a tunnel collapsed at a Thai-China railway project in Nakhon Ratchasima province.

Flooding is severe in 5 northern provinces (Chiang Rai, Sukhothai, Prae) and there is a high risk of water rising in areas near the Chao Phraya River including Bangkok but water levels are still manageable.
