Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) Chairman Dr Raghib Hussain Naeemi on Monday gave a clarification on the physique’s fatwa (Islamic decree) concerning VPN, an encrypted web community, saying its nature of being Islamic or un-Islamic primarily trusted its utilization.
