The provincial authorities’s nominated head of the Kurram jirga, Ok-P Adviser on Info, Barrister Dr Saif, said that one get together within the Kurram dispute sought two days for session, which the jirga members granted after mutual settlement.

He added that the Kurram battle is nearing a peaceable decision, and native leaders in Parachinar will probably be taken into confidence relating to the technique and procedures. The jirga will resume after the two-day break.

Barrister Dr Saif emphasised that jirga members are performing their duties with utmost seriousness and accountability to determine peace.
