Gold Prices Hit Sky-High Rs257,300 Per Tola in Pakistan

This Friday, prices of the yellow metal in Pakistan went up again due to an increase in global rates. Domestically, the price of one tola gold went up to Rs. 257,300 up by Rs. 2,400.

Likewise, he said that the per tola price for gold was increased by Rs 225 which was being sold at Rs 25,000 per tola while the price of 10 grams was increased by Rs 2057 and was being sold at Rs 220593, The All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) exclusively informed.

This came after Thursday when the per tola price increased by Rs1,400.

Globally, gold prices went higher on Friday and the international rate for an ounce of gold, inclusive of a $20 premium, was $2, 458, after rising $26 during the day, this was according to APGJSA.

On the other hand, price of silver stays unchangeable at Rs 2,900 per tola.
