ISLAMABAD: Lawyer Imaan Mazari and her husband, Abdul Hadi, have been arrested within the federal capital, police sources informed Geo Information on Monday.

The sources added that the couple has been arrested in a case registered at Aabpara Police Station regarding interference in authorities operations.

The arrest of Mazari, the daughter of former federal minister Shireen Mazari, comes days after she and her partner engaged in a scuffle with site visitors police following their tried to take away the street blockades positioned for the visiting England staff’s site visitors protocol.
