Imran’s discussions with Qureshi, Azam and Asad notice playing with figure, IHC told

ISLAMABAD: The extraordinary examiner of the Government Examination Organization has told the Islamabad High Court (IHC) that discussions of PTI pioneer Imran Khan with Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Azam Khan and Asad Umar have become known in which there is a notice of playing with the code.

IHC Boss Equity Aamer Farooq asked the extraordinary examiner why the Service of Inside was the complainant rather than the Service of International concerns in the code case.

The extraordinary examiner said that he will help the court in such manner. Equity Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb commented that a similar survey of the PTI’s own legal counselors and those designated by the promoter general is important.

Boss Equity Aamer Farooq and Equity Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the requests in the code case.

FIA Examiner Hamid Ali Shah said that the FIA in its specialized report connected with the sound break said that this discussion occurred.

The central equity asked the examiner whether he was saying that the FIA report was affirming that this was a discussion.

The examiner answered that the sound that came out referenced playing with the code.

He said the request was enrolled in the FIA after the endorsement of the government bureau, and previous inside secretary Yousuf Naseem Khokhar recorded the primary objection in October 2022, while in September 2023 different inside secretary Aftab Durrani presented the second protest to satisfy the prerequisite under the Authority Mysteries Act.

He said the PTI pioneer was captured on August 16, 2023, while Shah Mahmood Qureshi was captured on August 19, and they were charge-sheeted on October 3. He said that the appellants were prosecuted on October 23, which was saved by the IHC, and they were again arraigned on December 13, 2023.

Equity Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb asked who the guidance for Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi were and who the legal counselors named by the backer general later were, as a relative survey of these attorneys was essential.

The FIA examiner said the appellants were given direction by the AG office on January 24, who interviewed the observers on January 27 and finished the interaction on January 30, after which explanations of the appellants were recorded under Area 342 of CrPC, however they didn’t sign their articulations.

The main equity asked the investigator what amount of time he would require to finish up the contentions. The investigator answered that nothing can be expressed at this point except for he will attempt to take less time.

The central equity saw that the court had given chance to the appellants’ guidance Salman Safdar and a similar time would be given to the examiner, and concluded the conference till April 22.
