India and China agreed to redouble efforts to make sure full disengagement on the contested Himalayan frontier, New Delhi stated on Thursday after India’s Nationwide Safety Adviser Ajit Doval met China’s International Minister Wang Yi in Russia.
“Either side agreed to work with urgency and redouble their efforts to understand full disengagement within the remaining areas,” the Indian authorities stated in a press release.
