RAWALPINDI: Three terrorists have been “despatched to hell” by safety forces in two separate engagements in in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on November 21-22, the navy’s media wing stated on Saturday.
In line with a press release by the Inter Companies Public Relations (ISPR), an intelligence-based operation was carried out by the forces in Bara space of Khyber district.
The assertion added that throughout the conduct of operation, troops successfully engaged the terrorists’ location, resultantly killing two militants — Haqyar Afridi also referred to as Khyberay and Gulla Jan.
“In one other incident, motion of group of khwarij, who have been making an attempt to infiltrate by way of Pakistan-Afghanistan border, was picked up by the safety forces in South Waziristan District,” stated the ISPR.
It added that troops successfully engaged and thwarted their try and infiltrate. “Resultantly, one kharji [terrorist] was despatched to hell, whereas three khwarij acquired injured.”
The assertion stated Pakistan has constantly been asking interim Afghan authorities to make sure efficient border administration on their aspect of the border.
The navy’s media wing urged the Taliban authorities to fulfil its obligations and deny using Afghan soil by terrorists for perpetuating acts of terrorism in opposition to Pakistan, it stated.

Pakistan has witnessed a spike in terror assaults on safety forces and civilians — particularly in KP and Balochistan for the reason that Taliban returned to energy in Afghanistan in 2021 following the withdrawal of US and NATO forces.
As per a report by the Centre for Analysis and Safety Research (CRSS), the third quarter of 2024 noticed a 90% improve in fatalities linked to terrorist violence and counterterrorism operations.
The report recorded 722 deaths and 615 accidents in 328 incidents, with KP and Balochistan accounting for 97% of fatalities.
